Welcome Skielyr Trenkle to Sams/Hockaday!

We are excited to welcome Skielyr Trenkle to the Sams/Hockaday family as a Customer Experience Advisor!

Skielyr is here to help all of the Sams/Hockaday agents with back-office support, and she’ll also be a contact point for all clients. Her goal is to make the entire Medicare process easier for everyone.

Skielyr has been an intern with Sams/Hockaday for nearly two years, beginning during her sophomore year of college at Millikin University. Her favorite thing about working at Sams/Hockaday are the people.

“Everyone here always has a smile on their face, and they are never afraid to help out when someone needs it,” she says.

Checking off items from her to-do list gives Skielyr a great sense of accomplishment – she is a very driven person.

On her off-time, Skielyr loves being outside, working out, and hanging out with friends and family.
